Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. A 50% fee will be added to your next reserved appointment if we are unable to fill your cancelled appointment reservation. A 75% fee will be added to your next visit if you fail to show up for your appointment or fail to call to reschedule.

Refund Policy

Minerva's Salon & Wellness Spa is unable to issue refunds on salon services. We constantly aspire to provide the utmost in customer service and personal care. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please call management within seven days of your appointment.

We will schedule a re-do service with the service provider who performed the service and will make every effort to resolve any issues. If you wish to see another service provider than you were originally with, you will be charged for the service or a portion of the service. All product and boutique sales are final.

Considerations

Minerva's Salon and Wellness Spa is dedicated to accommodating the entire family, however, for the safety of your children, we ask that they remain with you at all times and maintain an inside voice for the courtesy of our other guests.

All minor children must be accompanied by an adult for all services. A parent or legal guardian must be present for all color services and color service consultations.

To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests, we ask that you refrain from using cellular phones during services.

Deposit Required

We respectfully require a $50 deposit for all new clients when reserving the following services. Any color service and full set eyelash extension service.

The deposit will be deducted from the service total at the completion of your appointment.
