Your appointments are very important to us at Minerva’s Salon and Wellness Spa. Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. This will allow us time to fill any vacant appointments for our established clientele and future clientele. A 50% fee will be added to your next reserved appointment if we are unable to fill your cancelled appointment reservation. A 75% fee will be added to your next visit if you fail to show up for your appointment or fail to call to reschedule.
