General Information

Appointments

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your service in order for you to relax, complete proper intake forms, and change into the appropriate attire (for spa services).

In maximizing schedule availability, we suggest that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving Minerva's Salon & Wellness Spa. If you wish to schedule a private party or bridal party, a deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of reserving your special day. Please call us if you have any questions.

Gift Cards

Minerva's Salon & Wellness Spa gift cards may be used toward any service, product, or boutique items and can be purchased in any dollar amount or for a specific service or package. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards expire one year from purchase date.

Payment

We accept check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. There is a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated but at our guests' discretion. Minerva's Salon & Wellness Spa accepts gratuities on behalf of the service provider through credit card, gift cards, checks, and cash. Cash gratuities are preferred and appreciated.

Your appointments are very important to us at Minerva’s Salon and Wellness Spa. Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. This will allow us time to fill any vacant appointments for our established clientele and future clientele. A 50% fee will be added to your next reserved appointment if we are unable to fill your cancelled appointment reservation. A 75% fee will be added to your next visit if you fail to show up for your appointment or fail to call to reschedule.
